Distribution & Derivatives

Primary artifact

  • ~20pg white paper, English, PDF + web-readable HTML.
  • Infographics commissioned alongside the writing, not bolted on after.

Derivatives planned from day one

  • Public manifesto (2–4pg op-ed) — Substack / Medium / Sifted / StartupItalia.
  • LinkedIn long-form post + carousel — infographics extracted.
  • Slide deck (~15 slides) — VC meetings, board conversations, conference talks.
  • X / Twitter thread — headline question + central chart.

LLM-queryable wiki on GitHub

The entire research corpus — tagged sources, hypothesis notes, scenario evidence, the prompts and structure used to assemble the paper — published as a public GitHub repository (license TBD: MIT vs. CC-BY vs. CC-BY-NC, see 05_open-questions) alongside the paper.

Why this matters:

  • Lets readers clone, query through their own LLM, ask follow-up questions, fork it.
  • Signals depth — the paper is the visible tip; the wiki is the iceberg.
  • Compounds after publication. New evidence can be added without re-publishing the paper.
  • Is itself a distribution mechanism — drives technical inbound that a PDF cannot.

Channels

  • LinkedIn — primary, given the audience of founders / VCs / CEOs.
  • European pickup — Sifted, Il Sole 24 Ore Nòva, StartupItalia, TechCrunch EU.
  • US technical reach — pitch the manifesto (not the paper) to The Information, Stratechery quote-back, Hacker News.
  • Private circulation first — direct send to ~20–30 named operators / investors / journalists with a personalized note one week before public release. Private seeding drives the public launch.

Timing

  • 4–6 week target from kickoff to public release.
  • Private circulation begins 1 week before public.
  • 06_collaboration — distribution is about the finished paper; collaboration is about the in-flight wiki and how others contribute to it.
