Archetypes, vocabulary, personal frame

Reflection on daily thought 2026-05-22. Three threads, one session.

  • The note contained the most substantial taxonomy produced so far: 15 business archetypes, each with a stack layer and a margin-capture mechanism.
  • We named the correct term for these categories: archetype (not “business model,” which is imprecise). Promoted to 07_analytical-vocabulary.
  • The personal-context thread established who the paper is for: people like the author — technical solopreneurs and small-team operators from non-US markets who can use AI but need an economic map. The life-design questions (what to start, where, what kind of life) were recognized as the practical core of Section 6, not personal digression.
  • Archetype-to-U-curve mapping sketched in the annotated companion but not yet in the wiki — flagged in 05_open-questions.
  • 07_analytical-vocabulary created: six analytical axes, vocabulary quick-reference, sample coordinates. This is a new load-bearing page.
  • 06_collaboration expanded: T0 now includes repo structure + static site spec (Quartz recommended); T1 now has a full /contribute skill specification.
  • 05_open-questions received three new sections: collaboration model additions, analytical vocabulary decisions, business archetype taxonomy decisions.
